We were on our way to Heathrow when our oil fault light came on. We were in a Toyota but the Ford garage was the closest so we popped in. They couldn't have been more helpful. They put the car on the ramps, checked for leaks and confirmed there was no problems before we added more oil. They wouldn't accept any payment and we couldn't have been more grateful for the service and help they gave. Thank you
